We want to help you decide wisely.

Guides, not gurus

Through decades of coaching, we’ve helped hundreds of people navigate life’s inflection points. Whether you’re seeking your calling, considering a career change or facing retirement, Leadership for Life can help you discern a more purposeful and fulfilling choice.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Our goal is to find choices guided by your values, natural strengths, and unique interests. Let’s find a path that’s right for you.

FAQs

  • In our first meeting, we’ll get to know you and understand your goals for our work together. Once we have a shared understanding of what we want to accomplish together, then we can talk about how to proceed.

  • Leadership for Life was created to help adults (18+) facing a life transition such as a career choice, career change or retirement. We help anyone considering their next step, be it an encore career, full-time volunteer work, or a sabbatical. We also work with those who have served in the armed forces as they transition into civilian life.

  • Pricing depends on how often you want to meet. We charge $150 for a 50-minute session, although discounts are available for students, active military, or full-time volunteers. You can also buy a package of 4 sessions for $500 ($100 savings). Clients who want a longer-term collaboration can buy six months of on-call guidance for $5000.
