While his remarks and insights are grounded in a particular wisdom tradition, his message is relevant to all. Perhaps the most important insight is that seeing the world in broader, non-binary categories requires regular engagement with some fundamental practices, like mindfulness meditation. The practices in the appendices offer a variety of ways that anyone can use to tap more deeply into this new way of seeing the world.
